From 17th to 20th of October 2022 the first IRTG 1479 retreat took place in Barcelona. It was a great opportunity for the 21 PhD and MD students to discuss and get to know each other in person. Additionally the students participated in a workshop about exploring different career paths as part of the IRTG early career support and had the opportunity to visit one of Barcelona’s top research institutes – the Centre for Genomic Regulations (CRG).
